Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services offered by Rozana Deep Clean (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”).
By booking a service with us, either online, over the phone, or via any other method, you (“the Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Rozana Deep Clean provides professional cleaning and pest control services for residential and commercial properties in Matigara, Siliguri, and surrounding areas. The specific details of the service (scope, price, duration) will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Appointment Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed once agreed upon by both parties via phone, email, or our online booking system.
- We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, previous job delays) may cause adjustments. We will inform you of any significant delay.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- The quoted price is based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking.
- If the actual condition of the property requires significantly more work than described, we reserve the right to renegotiate the price.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for large commercial contracts).
- We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other digital payment methods as announced.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
- If our team arrives at the scheduled address and is unable to perform the service due to client unavailability or unpreparedness, a trip charge of 50% of the service price may be applied.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the size and condition of the property.
- Secure pets for the safety of our staff and your animals.
- Clear small clutter and personal items to allow our team to clean surfaces effectively.
- Provide safe access to water and electricity points.
- Inform us of any specific hazards, allergies, or valuable/ fragile items in the home.
6. Our Responsibilities & Limitations of Liability
- We will perform the services with reasonable care and skill using quality products and equipment.
- While we take utmost care, we cannot be held liable for damage that occurs to items not disclosed as valuable/fragile, or for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage if instructions regarding valuable items (e.g., cash, jewelry, antiques, artwork) are not provided by the client.
- For pest control services, we guarantee our work as per the specific treatment plan. However, results can be affected by environmental factors and client adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions. A follow-up service may be required for complete eradication.
- Our total liability for any claim of damage shall not exceed the total value of the service rendered.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost, subject to our assessment.
8. Health, Safety, and Access
- Our staff are trained to follow safety protocols. The Client must inform us of any health and safety hazards on the property.
- The Client must ensure our team has safe and unhindered access to the property. We reserve the right to leave the premises if our staff feel unsafe or encounter hazardous conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (www.rozanadeepclean.in), including logos, text, and images, is the property of Rozana Deep Clean and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
